"Organic Recycling Systems bags EPC order for Rajasthan CBG venture."

Organic Recycling Systems Ltd. (ORSL) has secured a large-scale engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) order from BNG Power and Energy LLP for setting up a Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) project in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

The project, to be executed by ORSL’s Bioenergy Project Development and EPC vertical, is designed to produce 5 tonnes per day (TPD) of CBG using Napier grass as the primary feedstock. The scope of work includes the deployment of ORSL’s proprietary digester technology, end-to-end design and engineering, and execution of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) components of the facility.

With this order, ORSL continues to expand its footprint in the renewable energy sector by converting agricultural feedstock into clean energy solutions. The Jaipur project underscores the company’s expertise in high-efficiency anaerobic digestion technology and reinforces its position as a technology and EPC partner for large-scale, sustainable waste-to-energy projects.

CBG projects play a key role in India’s energy transition by reducing dependence on fossil fuel imports and supporting national decarbonisation goals. By converting organic biomass into grid-quality gas, the project also promotes a circular economy, strengthens local energy security and creates a sustainable outlet for agricultural produce.
