Oriental Foundry Secures ₹60 Crore Order with New Letter of Acceptance.

Oriental Foundry Private Limited (OFPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oriental Rail Infrastructure Ltd., has been awarded a significant contract from the Ministry of Railways, Government of India. The company announced today it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for the manufacture and supply of Constant Side Bearers (CCSB) for BG Bogie Wagons.

The contract is valued at approximately ₹60 crores.

According to the official statement, OFPL has already submitted the required bank guarantee, fulfilling a crucial prerequisite outlined in the LoA. The company is now awaiting the formal work order, which is expected to be issued by the railway authorities in the near future.

This new order strengthens Oriental Rail Infrastructure's position as a key supplier to the Indian Railways and is anticipated to provide a substantial boost to the company's financial performance.
