Orpic to fund construction of Cultural Center in Liwa.

Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries Company (Orpic) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Heritage and Culture to fund the construction of a cultural center in the Wilayat of Liwa.
