Pune's RSIIL Wins Rs 4,900 Crore Contracts from MSRDC

Roadway Solutions India Infra Limited (RSIIL), a newly demerged entity from Roadway Solutions India Private Limited (RSIPL), announced on Thursday that it has secured two major infrastructure projects from the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) worth Rs 4,900 crore.

These projects are set to significantly enhance Pune's connectivity and traffic management. RSIIL has been identified as the lowest bidder for these contracts, according to the company's official statement.

With the addition of these projects, RSIIL's order book has now surpassed Rs 11,000 crore.

One of the new projects involves the construction of the Access Controlled Pune Ring Road in Pune district. This segment starts from Village Lonikand and ends near Village Walti in Maharashtra, and is valued at Rs 2,251 crore. The project will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis.

The second project includes the construction of an Access Controlled Expressway Connector to the Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg, connecting Jalna to Nanded in Maharashtra.

In addition to these new contracts, RSIIL is currently engaged in executing three major packages on the Vadodara Mumbai Expressway, specifically Packages 8, 9, and 10.

Furthermore, in March, Mauritius-based AG Dynamic Funds Limited signed a memorandum of understanding for a strategic investment aimed at accelerating RSIIL's growth and strengthening its market presence, particularly in road construction and development.

This significant win for RSIIL underscores the company's growing influence and capability in the infrastructure sector, with a particular focus on improving transportation networks in Maharashtra.
