PVV Infra, Taiwan Partner to Develop Integrated Green Energy Project.

PVV Infra, a leading infrastructure company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Taiwan-based ITC Services Company to collaborate on consultancy, customization and technology transfer for high-efficiency solar cell manufacturing, battery energy storage systems (BESS), micro-inverters and smart power electronics.

Under the agreement, ITC Services Company will support PVV Infra in developing renewable energy products, integration solutions and advanced production technologies. The partnership is aimed at strengthening PVV Infra’s capabilities across the clean energy value chain as it expands into renewable energy manufacturing.

The MoU also предусматривает joint development, trial production, training, process stabilization and the transfer of manufacturing documentation. The phased development and technology deployment plan is expected to be completed within 14–18 months, marking a key milestone in PVV Infra’s transition toward advanced renewable energy manufacturing.
