Reliance Consumer Products (RCPL), the fast-moving consumer goods arm of Reliance Industries, has signed an agreement to form a majority-owned joint venture with Nigeria’s TGI Group, marking its entry into one of Africa’s largest consumer markets.

The partnership is aimed at expanding RCPL’s global footprint by establishing a strong presence in Nigeria. The move strengthens the company’s overseas push following its expansion across the Middle East, South Asia and parts of Africa.
