The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory body under Indian Railways, has officially opened the bidding process for the lease of commercial development on a vacant land parcel situated in Dharmavaram along Station Road, Andhra Pradesh.

The proposed land parcel spans approximately 14,164.50 square meters and is slated for a lease term of 45 years, with a reserved price set at ₹9.1 crore.

Ved Parkash Dudeja, Vice Chairman of RLDA, highlighted the significance of Dharmavaram as an economically resilient city, anchored by its handloom industry and agricultural activities, coupled with a vibrant cultural scene.
