RMZ Group recently announced plans to invest $10 billion in Andhra Pradesh to develop a Global Capability Centre (GCC) Park and a 1-gigawatt (GW) data centre over the next five to six years.

The New Delhi-based real estate and infrastructure firm made the announcement in collaboration with the Andhra Pradesh government at the World Economic Forum Summit in Davos, Switzerland.

As part of the proposed investment, RMZ Group will undertake the development of large-scale mixed-use, digital, and industrial infrastructure projects across the State, aimed at strengthening Andhra Pradesh’s position as a hub for technology-driven and industrial growth.
