RRP Defense Ltd Signs MNDA with Taharbadkar Solutions Pvt Ltd.

RRP Defense Limited (formerly Euro Asia Exports Limited) has entered into a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) with Taharbadkar Solutions Private Limited to collaborate on the development, supply, and commercialization of components for the DART (Driven Ammunition Reduced Time Flights) System under the AIDITI 2 programme for the Indian Navy.

The partnership aims to leverage the technical expertise, resources, and domain capabilities of both parties to ensure effective project execution, meet development requirements, and enable future commercial deployment, in line with the Ministry of Defence innovation framework.

Both companies have also agreed to explore potential collaboration on the Vehicle Mounted Swarm Drone System Project. The MNDA facilitates the exchange of information, initiation of technical discussions, and sharing of documents to advance the collaboration.

Additionally, RRP Defense has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from the vendor for a project valued at approximately ₹20 crore. The project will be executed in three phases, with a purchase order of ₹6.25 crore already placed. The overall project is expected to be completed by October 2027.
