Rs. 37 lakh for BDU project.

The Ministry of Science and Technology has sanctioned Rs. 37 lakh to the Bharathidasan University to carry out a research project on improving the nutritional quality of sesame oil.

The project will be carried out by A. Ganapathi and M. Manickavasagam of the Department of Biotechnology of Genetic Engineering of Bharathidasan University, said V.M. Muthu Kumar, Vice Chancellor, in a press release recently.
