Saatvik Green Energy Subsidiary Secures ₹400-Crore-Plus Solar PV Module Order.

Saatvik Green Energy Ltd said its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Pvt Ltd, has received and accepted a commercial order worth ₹400.16 crore for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules.

The order has been placed by a leading domestic independent power producer (IPP) and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) player, the company said.

The contract, which is a domestic commercial order, is scheduled to be executed by March 2027.

The order strengthens Saatvik Green Energy’s solar module business and adds to its order pipeline as the company expands its presence in India’s renewable energy market.
