"SANY India Expands Factory to Boost Production Precision".
SANY India, a leading name in construction equipment manufacturing, has inaugurated an advanced production facility at its 90-acre campus in Pune. This cutting-edge expansion underscores the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable products tailored to meet the demands of the construction, mining, and energy sectors.
The new factory boasts an annual production capacity of over 14,000 units and a fabrication capacity exceeding 100,000 metric tons. Designed with advanced, process-driven technologies, the facility enhances operational precision, efficiency, and flexibility, ensuring timely delivery to both domestic and international markets.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Xiang Wenbo, Chairman of SANY Group, along with senior leadership. Speaking at the event, Wenbo highlighted the strategic significance of the new facility. “This factory marks a milestone in our commitment to producing world-class products with cutting-edge precision. It positions SANY India to meet current challenges and anticipate future demands effectively,” he said.
Wenbo also emphasized India’s pivotal role in SANY’s global strategy, calling it a vital hub for the company’s international operations.
Deepak Garg, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of SANY India, echoed this sentiment, stating, “The expansion represents a major leap in our manufacturing capabilities. It aligns with the ‘Make in India’ initiative, enhancing exports and increasing localisation in our processes. These advancements not only bolster India’s manufacturing capabilities but also strengthen SANY India’s contribution to the nation’s infrastructure growth.”
