Seamec Ltd and HAL Offshore Ltd Forge MOU for Collaboration

In a strategic move, Seamec Ltd has officially entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with HAL Offshore Limited, the agreement dated December 26, 2023. The MOU outlines the provision of Charter Hire for Seamec Ltd's Offshore Support Vessel, "SEA DIAMOND," designated for deployment under the ONGC Contract.

The agreed-upon Charter rate stands at USD 8,750 per day for a three-year duration, totaling USD 9.59 million, exclusive of GST. The agreement also includes an option for extension beyond the initial period.

This collaboration underscores Seamec Ltd's commitment to expanding its offshore support services and leveraging its state-of-the-art vessel for ONGC projects. The MOU represents a significant milestone in strengthening partnerships within the offshore industry and contributing to the ongoing initiatives in the energy sector.
