Serene Communities by Columbia Pacific, Asset Homes to Develop Senior Living Projects in Kerala

Serene Communities by Columbia Pacific has partnered with Asset Homes to develop four senior living communities across Kerala, with total investments exceeding ₹500 crore. The collaboration combines Serene’s international senior living expertise with Asset Homes’ local experience and delivery capabilities.

The first project under the partnership, Serene Young @ Heart, has been launched in Kochi and is expected to be completed by early 2028. The development features 211 residences—1, 1.5, and 2 BHK apartments—spread over 1.69 lakh sq. ft of lush greenery in the city’s heart.

The joint venture will deliver additional senior living projects in Kottayam and Thiruvananthapuram, as well as a waterfront ultra-luxury development in Kochi, aiming to set new standards for senior living in the state.
