Signature Global Acquires 14.65-Acre Plot on Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram

Realty firm Signature Global has purchased 14.65 acres of land in Gurugram for a new housing project as part of its expansion strategy. The company announced the acquisition of the land in Sector 37D, near Dwarka Expressway, without disclosing the deal's value or the seller's identity. Sources estimate the transaction to be around ₹350 crore.

Signature Global plans to develop a residential project spanning 27 lakh square feet on this newly acquired land. Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal expressed optimism about the strong demand for residential housing in the area. "We aim to launch a residential project on this land in 2025-26, reinforcing our presence in the luxury housing market," Aggarwal stated.

The company has set an ambitious target to sell ₹10,000 crore worth of housing properties in 2024-25, a 38% increase from the previous fiscal year.
