Signature Global to Launch ₹6,000 Crore Worth of Homes in Gurugram this Quarter.

Realty firm Signature Global is set to launch new housing projects worth ₹6,000 crore for sale in Gurugram during the current quarter (July-September 2025). This move aims to capitalize on the robust demand from both end-users and investors in the region's dynamic real estate market.

The company, which recorded an impressive ₹10,290 crore in pre-sales last fiscal year, has been a significant player in the Indian real estate sector. In the 2024-25 financial year, Signature Global emerged as the fifth-largest listed real estate firm in terms of sales bookings. It trailed behind industry giants such as Godrej Properties, DLF, Lodha Group, and Prestige Estates Projects Ltd, demonstrating its strong market presence and consistent performance.
