Simplex Castings Secures BHEL Supply Order.

Simplex Castings Limited has received a ₹7.26 crore order from Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Varanasi, for critical fabricated and machined components, the company announced on Friday.

The order covers the supply of Mill Side and Liner Assembly for 803 HP Mills, Separator Body Assembly for 803 HP Mills, and Separator Top components. The work is scheduled to be completed within seven months from the issuance of the purchase order.

Mr. Ketan Shah, Promoter, Chairman, and Executive Director of Simplex Castings, highlighted that the order underscores BHEL’s continued trust in the company’s manufacturing capabilities. “This engagement strengthens our long-standing relationship with BHEL and reflects confidence in our heavy fabrication capabilities,” he said.

Shah added that the company remains committed to delivering the order with consistent quality and just-in-time precision, viewing it as a foundation for a potentially large and enduring partnership. He also noted that Simplex is in advanced discussions with multiple domestic and international customers, some of whom have recently visited its Chhattisgarh manufacturing facilities, with prospects for substantial future orders.

The order reinforces Simplex Castings’ position as a reliable supplier of high-quality castings and heavy engineering components to leading public sector enterprises in India.
