"Sinclairs Hotels Expands into Rajasthan with Launch of Two New Properties"

Sinclairs Hotels Limited has announced its expansion into North India with the acquisition of two new properties in Rajasthan. The company’s Board of Directors has approved leases for Sinclairs Palace Retreat Udaipur and Sinclairs Udaipur.

Sinclairs Palace Retreat Udaipur, located 35 kilometers from Udaipur on Haldighati Road, is a sprawling 5-acre property featuring 90 rooms, 5 cottages, and extensive facilities for weddings and conferences. The property is slated to open in December 2024.

Meanwhile, Sinclairs Udaipur, situated in RK Circle, will offer 56 rooms, a banquet hall, a restaurant, and a bar. Aiming to attract corporate clients and wedding groups, this property is expected to commence operations in October 2024.

This move represents Sinclairs Hotels’ inaugural entry into the North Indian market.
