Sistema Shyam TeleServices sign deal with ZTE Ltd

Gurgaon: Rajasthan-based Sistema Shyam TeleServices Ltd (SSTL) operating Mobile service under the MTS brand has signed an agreement with Chinese firm ZTE Corporation (ZTE).

ZTE will provide Wireless and Core Network equipments to SSTL and assist it in future projects.

It plans to expand its Pan-Indian network by third quarter of 2010. Presently, SSTL offers service to over 600 towns in Rajasthan, 513 towns in Tamil Nadu, and 226 towns in Kerala.
