Six-laning of Barwa-Adda-Panagarh section of NH-2 : IL&FS likely to bag

IL&FS Transportation Networks has emerged as the lowest bidder for six-laning of Barwa-Adda-Panagarh section of NH-2.

The contract is for six-laning of Barwa-Adda-Panagarh section of NH-2 from km 398.240 to km 521.120 including Panagarh bypass in the states of Jharkhand and West Bengal under NHDP phase V to be executed on DBFOR basis.

The project will be on toll basis with a concession period of 20 years including construction period of 910 days. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 1,665 crore. The company had quoted a premium of Rs. 42.00 crore.
