SKF India to Invest ₹653 Crore in ‘Factory of the Future’ in Pune.

SKF India (Industrial) Limited recently announced an investment of ₹653 crore to set up a next-generation ‘Factory of the Future’ manufacturing facility in Pune.

The proposed plant, slated for completion by 2030, marks a major step in expanding the company’s advanced manufacturing footprint in India. The investment underscores SKF India (Industrial)’s long-term focus on digitalisation, sustainability and building resilient supply chains.

Envisioned as a lean, clean and digitally enabled manufacturing campus, the facility is expected to significantly enhance production capabilities while setting new benchmarks in operational efficiency, productivity and environmental performance.
