Sobha Developers gets FDI for residential project

Bangalore: Bangalore-based property developer, Sobha Developers, announced that it has received additional $10 million foreign direct investment for its residential project being developed at Hosahalli, in Bangalore South.

The company has set up a special purpose vehicle to attract FDI for this project, which is spread over 13.27 acres with total developable area of more than 1.7 million sqft of residential township.
