Solarium Green Energy Secures ₹186.525 Crore Project LOA.

Solarium Green Energy Limited has received a Letter of Award (LOA) worth approximately ₹186.525 crore for execution of end-to-end engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works, along with three years of operations and maintenance (O&M) services, for a 50 MW AC / 65 MW DC solar photovoltaic power project in Maharashtra.

The LOA, dated June 22, 2026, has been awarded to the company in its capacity as a sub-contractor for a project under Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MAHAGENCO). The contract value is exclusive of GST.

As part of the scope, Solarium Green Energy will undertake full EPC execution of the solar project and provide O&M services for a period of 36 months post-commissioning.

The company said the order is expected to strengthen its presence in the renewable energy sector and contribute to revenues over the execution period. It added that, due to confidentiality obligations with its client, the name of the end customer has not been disclosed.
