Sri City gets one more packaging unit.

The Singapore-based Vital Paper Products has laid foundation stone for a new packaging division in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh.

The unit will be set up at an investment of ₹60 crore. The company already has a production unit. The highly automated plant with a four-colour printing facility, which is expected to be ready by next April, will give jobs to about 70 persons.

The Managing Director, Vital Paper, Sashi and other top officials participated in the event. Plans are to partner companies in and around Sri City offering them corrugated packaging solutions at competitive price, a company release said.
