SRM Contractors Secures ₹45.25 Crore Mining Infrastructure Project in Odisha.

SRM Contractors Limited has announced the successful acquisition of a ₹45.25 crore contract from Odisha Mining Corporation Ltd (OMC) for construction work at the South Kaliapani Chromite Mine. The announcement was made on Monday.

The project entails the construction of a Gabion Wall, a mechanically stabilized earth wall with Gabion Facia, aimed at enhancing the holding capacity of the overburden dump at the mining site. The construction is expected to be completed within a 12-month timeframe.

The Jammu-based infrastructure firm, which is listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE), also stated that its trading window remains closed for designated employees, immediate relatives, specified persons, and connected individuals until 48 hours after the declaration of its Q2 financial results for FY2025.
