US-based enterprise artificial intelligence software firm Supervity AI recently announced that it has signed an agreement with the Maharashtra government to establish what it said would be the world’s first AI Global Capability Centre (GCC) hub in Mumbai.
According to the company, the proposed AI GCC hub will function as a next-generation applied agentic AI research and development centre and innovation lab. The facility is aimed at helping global enterprises shift from traditional offshore GCC models to AI-first operations centres powered by autonomous, policy-driven, multi-agent AI systems.
The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting.
