Swapna Bhavanam villas at Guruvayur

Kochi Santhimadom Builders and Developers is developing a novel venture styled `Swapna Bhavanam,' promoting villas for common man at affordable prices ranging from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 20.5 lakh with all the basic facilities.

This project is adjacent to the ongoing projects at Guruvayur. It is planned to hand over keys of 101 villas on April 14, Malayalam New Year (Vishu) day.

The owners can also let out the villas to tourists and pilgrims.
