Syrma SGS Establishes One of Pune's Largest Electronics Manufacturing Facilities

Syrma SGS Technology Limited, a leading player in India's electronics design and manufacturing sector, has inaugurated one of its largest integrated electronics manufacturing facilities in Ranjangaon, near Pune. The facility was opened by Syrma SGS’ Executive Chairman Sandeep Tandon, along with key customers.

The sprawling 26.5-acre campus will eventually feature a manufacturing area of 1.20 million square feet. The first phase, spanning 60,000 square feet, is expected to create around 1,000 direct jobs. This new facility will bolster Syrma SGS' Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) capabilities, primarily serving the growing domestic demand in the automotive and industrial sectors.

The plant is expected to complement the company's existing manufacturing operations, driving operational efficiencies and positioning Syrma SGS as a leader in the electronics manufacturing landscape. With this expansion, Syrma SGS aims to meet the rising demand for advanced technology solutions.

Sandeep Tandon, Executive Chairman of Syrma SGS, stated, “We are committed to driving advancements in the electronics systems design and manufacturing sector. This facility reflects our dedication to innovation and excellence, ensuring sustainable growth and setting new industry benchmarks.”

J S Gujral, Managing Director, added, "With the 'Make in India' initiative gaining momentum, this new facility positions us to take full advantage of emerging business opportunities and meet evolving market demands."
