AP SIPB Approves Investment Proposals Totaling ₹20,444 Crore.

The 13th meeting of the Andhra Pradesh State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB), chaired by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu recently, approved investment proposals worth ₹20,444 crore, with the potential to generate 56,278 jobs.

Speaking at the meeting, the Chief Minister instructed officials to ensure that projects are grounded within 45 days of signing the MoUs. He highlighted that Andhra Pradesh has successfully attracted significant investments by promoting speed of doing business and maintaining transparency in approvals.

Naidu also directed officials to draft a master plan for developing convention centres and hotels in Visakhapatnam. IT Minister Nara Lokesh emphasised that the speed of doing business must be efficiently implemented, with permissions granted only after verifying the credentials of companies, according to an official release.
