Tata Value Homes launches Spanish-themed township.

Tata Value Homes Ltd., a 100 per cent subsidiary of Tata Housing Development Company, has launched a Spanish-themed residential township at Sriperumbudur to the west of Chennai.

The 18-acre project, named Santorini, on the Chennai-Bangalore Highway about 40 km from Chennai offers over 1,000 houses of one to three bedrooms ranging from 576 sq. ft. to over 1,500 sq. ft., according to a press release from Tata Value Homes.

HBL
