Tata's new housing project.

Tata Value Homes Ltd. said it has launched its second affordable housing project in Boisar near Mumbai. Launched under the brand New Haven, the complex in Boisar will offer 1 to 2.5 BHK residences at Rs. 17.1 lakh. Brotin Banerjee, MD & CEO, Tata Housing Development Company, said: 'With a shortfall of over 21 million dwelling units, there is a lot of untapped demand for quality affordable housing project across India.'
