Telangana Aims to Be Asia's Life Sciences Hub by 2030 After Securing ₹54,000 Crore in Investments.

Telangana has attracted a staggering ₹54,000 crore in investments within its Life Sciences sector since December 2023, according to D. Sridhar Babu, the state's Minister for IT and Industries.

Speaking at the 6th Board Meeting of the Telangana Life Sciences Foundation, which he chairs, Minister Sridhar Babu announced that these investments have the potential to generate two lakh jobs. The significant influx of capital is expected to solidify Hyderabad's position as a premier global hub for the life sciences industry.
