Tembo Global Industries Launches Commercial Production at Vasai Facility.

Tembo Global Industries Limited (NSE: TEMBO) has officially begun commercial production at its newly established manufacturing facility in Vasai, marking a major milestone in the company’s expansion strategy. The state-of-the-art facility spans over 120,000 sq. ft. and represents a capital investment of INR 75 crore.

The commissioning of the Vasai plant will raise Tembo’s total installed capacity to approximately 100,000 metric tonnes (MT), with plans to expand phase-wise over the next two to three years. The move is expected to strengthen the company’s ability to meet growing market demand, diversify its product portfolio, and reinforce its market presence. Tembo anticipates the facility could generate peak annual revenue of up to INR 700 crore in the same timeframe.

Commenting on the development, Managing Director Sanjay J. Patel said, “We are excited to announce this significant milestone with the commencement of commercial production at our Vasai facility. A key feature of the Vasai facility is its dedicated Research and Development (R&D) centre, designed to drive innovation across Tembo’s product range. Additionally, the plant’s location offers logistical advantages, including improved connectivity for raw material sourcing and finished goods distribution, which is expected to enhance operational efficiency and cost competitiveness.
