"The Hive Hostels to Add 3,000 Beds by End of FY25"

The Hive Hostels, a premium provider of student accommodation, is set to expand its offerings by adding 3,000 beds by the end of FY2025, with an investment of ₹10 crore. Currently operating 20 properties across more than 10 cities in India, the company provides over 5,000 beds.

To enhance its operational efficiency and support its upcoming IPO, The Hive Hostels has partnered with Crib, a property management software platform. This collaboration aims to fully digitalize the company’s business operations, financial systems, and management processes.

Rohan Gupta, Chief Marketing Officer of The Hive Hostels, highlighted the strategic alignment of Crib’s technology with their vision: “Crib’s innovative technology complements our commitment to excellence. The introduction of Aurus - Luxury Student Residences, backed by Crib’s platform, will help us set new standards in luxury student living and operational efficiency.”

In addition to this expansion, The Hive Hostels recently completed a pre-IPO funding round, raising ₹11.5 crore. The company plans to launch its public offering in the second half of the next year.
