ThinkBio.Ai Strengthens Biosciences with Feathersoft Acquisition, Announces ₹200 Crore Investment in Kerala.

ThinkBio.Ai, Inc., a California-based AI-driven platform provider for the biotech, pharmaceutical, and digital healthcare sectors, has acquired Feathersoft InfoSolutions, a Kerala-based software and cloud services company. The acquisition is set to enhance ThinkBio.Ai’s platform-building capabilities and strengthen its ability to deliver advanced solutions to the global biosciences and healthcare industries, according to a company press release.

As part of its expansion strategy, ThinkBio.Ai also revealed plans to invest ₹200 crore in Kerala over the next three years, aiming to generate over 1,000 jobs in the fields of AI and biotechnology.
