UAE's Danube awards $40m deal to build Jewelz project.

UAE-based developer Danube Properties has awarded a AED149.5 million ($40.6 million) contract to Cast Construction to build its residential project Jewelz located at Arjan, near Miracle Gardens, Dubai.

The developer’s 10th housing project, the AED300 million project offers 463 residential units, ranging from studio, one and two-bedroom apartments.

The project, which was launched this March, is scheduled for delivery in the first quarter of 2020.

Key amenities at the property include a health club, swimming pool, steam and sauna room, multi-purpose hall, jogging track, barbecue deck, badminton court and paddle tennis court.

In June, Danube said that 85 percent of its recently-launched Jewelz project has sold out within two months of its market debut.

The developer said investors have snapped up 393 units of the 463 apartments.
