UIT to come up with 3 new projects in Kota.

The Urban Improvement Trust (UIT) has three new projects lined up for this year which are expected to be built at a cost of Rs. 240 crores. With the implementation of these three projects, UIT aims to improve connectivity, create traffic diversions and reduce both accidents and congestion on the roads in Kota.

The three projects include - a high-level bridge parallel to Kota Barrage planned at Rs. 85 crore, ROB at Rangpura at Rs 55 crore and northern bypass phase II on mega highway (state highway 33) to Ballop on NH-12 (new NH-52) at a cost of Rs. 100 crore.
