Univest Sets ₹1,000 Crore Average Revenue Target by 2026.

Univest, a research-based investment and advisory platform, has announced its ambitious goal of achieving an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of ₹1,000 crore by the end of 2026, alongside plans to register 60 lakh users.

The platform, founded in 2022 by stock market veterans Pranit Arora, Avneet Dhamija, and Vikash Agrawal, has already attracted over 4 million sign-ups, including 1.5 lakh paid subscribers. Univest boasts a six-month retention rate of 67% and a brokerage adoption rate of 92%, recently crossing ₹100 crore in ARR.

With over 16 crore demat account holders in India, Univest highlights that only 0.5%—including High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra HNWIs—benefit from access to professional research and advisory services like Portfolio Management Services (PMS). The platform seeks to bridge this gap by empowering retail investors with actionable insights and trade ideas through a combination of artificial intelligence (AI) and human intelligence (HI).

“Enthusiasm for equity investment is growing, but the lack of structured mentorship limits retail investors’ ability to generate profits,” Univest said. Its AI-driven platform provides high-quality investment ideas, real-time entry and exit signals, and solutions to challenges like margin slippage, integrating every stage of the stock market investment process.

The platform's mission to simplify investing is bolstered by its recent $13.3 million Series A funding round, led by Bertelsmann Investments. Founder Pranit Arora shared that Univest is building India’s first stock market superapp for retail investors, aiming to be a trusted financial advisor for young investors.

“Our focus is to deliver seamless, personalized, and actionable insights that simplify the investment journey for our users,” Arora said.

Univest continues to leverage its SEBI-registered research entity, Uniresearch, and advanced AI to help retail investors create wealth, identifying high-potential trades and ensuring timely exits for maximum profitability.
