Valiant Advanced Sciences Begins Commercial Operations at New Greenfield Facility in Saykha, Gujarat.

Valiant Advanced Sciences Private Limited, a wholly owned material subsidiary of Valiant Laboratories Limited, has commenced commercial operations at its new state-of-the-art greenfield manufacturing facility at Saykha GIDC, Bharuch, Gujarat, on November 7, 2025.

The commissioning of the facility marks a significant milestone for the company, enhancing backward integration, diversifying its product portfolio, and strengthening its presence in the speciality chemicals industry.

The plant specializes in the production of Acetic Anhydride, a key chemical under the Ketene and Diketene derivatives category, serving both domestic and international markets. Established with substantial investment, partially funded through the IPO proceeds of Valiant Laboratories Limited, the facility features advanced manufacturing technology and a dedicated R&D setup to support future product development and innovation.
