Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd. receives LOA for 140 MW DC Solar Power Plant in Gujarat.

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd. has received a letter of award (LOA) from India-focused renewable energy group for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) turnkey works contract for setting up 140 MW DC Solar Power Plant in the state of Gujarat.

The works shall be executed in terms of definitive contract and subject to receipt of regulatory and other statutory approvals, as may be applicable. The Parties shall in due course negotiate and execute definitive contract.
