Welcure Drugs & Pharma Secures ₹517 Crore Order from Thai Company.

Welcure Drugs & Pharmaceuticals has announced a significant definitive mandate with Fortune Sagar Impex Company, a Thailand-based firm, for comprehensive third-party sourcing and procurement services. This agreement, valued at ₹517 crore, marks a pivotal moment in Welcure's strategic shift towards service-led growth.

The mandate is structured under an ex-works model, meaning the buyer (Fortune Sagar Impex) will take delivery of goods at Welcure's premises, taking on all costs and risks involved in transporting them from that point forward. Under the terms of the agreement, Welcure Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. will be responsible for the sourcing and procurement of multiple finished-dosage SKUs (Stock Keeping Units).

Operating on a fee-based model, Welcure is set to earn a fixed 5% commission on the cost of goods. The company anticipates an estimated service income of ₹26 crore from this mandate in the fiscal year 2026. This substantial deal highlights Welcure's expanding capabilities in pharmaceutical supply chain management and its commitment to diversifying its revenue streams.
