Welspun Corp has received a purchase consideration of Rs. 225 crore as on 30 April 2021 from JSW Steel for sale of Plates and Coil Mill Division. The balance purchase consideration shall be received by the Company by 31 May 2021 subject to fulfillment of regulatory approvals and payment milestones as provided under the BTA.
