Woodfield Systems International (WSI), a prominent player in the realm of bulk gas and fluid management solutions, has embarked on a significant expansion trajectory by acquiring the business of Woodfield Systems Ltd. UK, an esteemed engineering and manufacturing entity. The acquisition aims to fortify WSI's global footprint and enhance its offerings across various industries.

As part of its expansion strategy, WSI plans to inject $100 million into initiating manufacturing operations in India, a move expected to create employment opportunities for 200 individuals over the next 36 months. This strategic investment underscores WSI's commitment to bolstering its manufacturing capabilities and seizing growth opportunities in emerging markets.

Currently, WSI operates two plants in Maharashtra, with a third plant in the execution phase, slated for operational readiness within the next 10-12 months. The company caters to esteemed clientele in India, including Shell and Indian Oil, among others. This investment aligns with the ethos of 'Atmanirbhar Bharat,' reinforcing India's stature as a global manufacturing and engineering hub.
