Work begins on new phase of Aakruthi Township.

Suraksha Avenues has taken up the second phase of its Aakruthi Township at Boduppal, on the Hyderabad Warangal Highway, on the eastern side of the city. It is a mix of 2 BHKs sized from 890 sq ft to 1130 sq ft and 3 BHKs ranging from 1,320 sq ft to 2,300 sq ft.

According to its director T Sashikanth Reddy, the base price is Rs. 2,500 per sq ft and Rs. 3.5 lakh additional for the amenities. Some of the big IT companies have set up base in the vicinity and several big ticket projects are coming up in the nearby areas. In this phase, there would be 220 units that would be completed in about two years

'We chose this location when the real estate market was down. We saw promise in the eastern side of Hyderabad as the city is expanding. There are more companies that are willing to look eastwards for their operations. The prices on a relative basis are lesser than the western side of the city, which is nearing saturation,' Reddy said.

As for the amenities on offer, Aakruthi Township would have a multipurpose hall, a library, visitors lounge, salons, standby power for common areas, shopping arcade and grocery store and jogging tracks. The parking would be in two levels. It would have solar fencing and closed circuit TV surveillance. There would be a club house as well as a health centre, indoor games arena and children’s play area.

Bodupal is in the vicinity of the upcoming metro rail project depot and is seeing a lot of businesses, educational institutions and shopping and leisure centres coming up. Also, with a wider road connecting the interior areas, there will be lesser traffic congestion, Reddy said, adding that the focus is on providing quality fitments.
