Yashhtej Industries India Ltd Launches Revenue from PM-KUSUM Solar Project.
Yashhtej Industries (India) Limited has commenced operations of its 5 MW solar power project, generating revenue from 7th March 2026, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy and renewable energy initiatives.
The project was developed under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0, as part of Component C of the PM-KUSUM Scheme for feeder-level solarisation. Yashhtej Industries had earlier been awarded a Letter of Award (LOA) to act as a Solar Power Developer (SDP) for solar photovoltaic power stations, and Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) will purchase electricity generated from the project under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
Following the LOA, the company initiated the setup of the 5 MW plant, which has now become operational and begun generating revenue. This achievement reinforces Yashhtej Industries’s commitment to sustainable energy development and expanding its footprint in India’s renewable energy sector, while creating long-term value for stakeholders.
