Adani Green Energy Subsidiary Activates 292 MW Solar Capacity.

Adani Green Energy Twenty Six A Limited (AGE26AL), a wholly-owned stepdown subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), has operationalised a 292 MW solar power project at Khavda in Gujarat.

With the commissioning of this project, AGEL’s total operational renewable energy capacity has risen to 19,585.8 MW. The company’s operational battery energy storage system (BESS) capacity now stands at 1,376 MWh, further strengthening its integrated clean energy portfolio.

According to the company, based on the necessary regulatory clearances, a decision was taken at 7:37 p.m. on April 22, 2026 to operationalise the plant. Power generation from the project commenced on April 23, 2026.
