Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited has secured a major order worth ₹3,069.70 crore (including GST) from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD), New Delhi, under the Central Vista Project Division-12.

The contract involves the design, engineering, and construction (EPC) of the Common Central Secretariat Buildings 8 & 9 located at Plot No. 23 B & C, Maulana Azad Road, New Delhi. The project forms a key component of the ongoing redevelopment of the Central Vista area, aimed at modernizing and enhancing the infrastructure of India’s central administrative district.
