Amazon partners with Andhra Pradesh MSME Development Corporation to support small businesses.

Amazon has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Andhra Pradesh Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Corporation (APMSMEDC) to support MSMEs, entrepreneurs, weavers, artisans and producers in the state to expand their export business through Amazon Global Selling.

Under the initiative, Amazon will conduct knowledge-sharing sessions covering topics such as global marketplace operations, export readiness, compliance requirements, logistics and sustainable scaling strategies. The programme will also help establish training modules across Andhra Pradesh to provide on-ground support for businesses beginning their e-commerce export journey.

In a statement, India SME Forum President Vinod Kumar said the collaboration between Amazon Global Selling and APMSMEDC would create new opportunities for thousands of MSMEs, enabling them to participate in global trade with greater confidence and capability.
