Andhra Pradesh Allots Land in Vizag for World Trade Center and Sify Data Centre.

The Andhra Pradesh government has officially allocated 10 acres of land for a new World Trade Center (WTC) facility in Visakhapatnam. The land, located at Yendada, was granted to BVM Energy and Residency Private Limited, an entity of the Kapil Group.

The company plans to invest ₹1,250 crore in the project, which will feature Grade-A+ office and co-working spaces, a green zone, and a star hotel. The new WTC is expected to create up to 15,000 jobs, boosting the region's economy. The land allotment is part of a larger 30-acre parcel set aside for the WTC facility.
