Deepak Builders bags ₹548.70 crore EPC contract for Haryana’s Shri Krishna Ayush University.

Deepak Builders & Engineers India Limited (DBEIL) has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for a large Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract from the Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (HSIIDC).

The project, valued at ₹548.70 crore (inclusive of GST, plus applicable price escalations), involves the development of Shri Krishna Ayush University in Kurukshetra, Haryana.

Under the scope of work, the company will undertake the construction of multiple university buildings along with core infrastructure development. The contract also includes allied estate services, integrated civil and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works, as well as comprehensive horticulture and site development activities.

The project is scheduled to be executed over a period of 36 months, with DBEIL responsible for delivering the entire scope on an EPC basis within the stipulated timeline.
